The overall aim of this WP is to identify existing or planned policy-level interventions, and initiatives aimed at supporting digital inclusion for older adults, specifically in relation to access and use of E-Gov services (e.g. characteristics of the interventions, funding allocated).

The study builds on the work conducted within Research Stream 1 of the previous project, Digital by Default (2023–2025) and extends the analysis to national and regional policy documents covering the 2025–2027 period. The documents will be analysed through content analysis and related qualitative techniques.
