The overall aim of this WP is to assess the effectiveness of a peer-to-peer digital education programme in improving older adults’ use of E-Gov services.
The study builds on the peer-to-peer digital education course conducted within Digital by Default – WP2 in Monza and Nova Milanese (2024). It combines quasi-experimental data—including survey data on technology use, digital skills and attitudes, and digital data on E-Gov use—with ethnographic fieldnotes. Quantitative data will be analysed using descriptive statistics and ANOVA, complemented by qualitative analysis of the ethnographic fieldnotes.
