The overall aim of this WP is to examine how digital policy program interventions are implemented, focusing on identifying the challenges and opportunities they present for older adults’ use of E-Gov services, considering their diverse needs.

The study combines ethnographic research conducted at Digital Helpdesks in the ten municipalities of the First Red Zone (Lodigiano) with waves 3–5 of the ILQA study. Qualitative data will be analysed through content analysis and related qualitative techniques.
