From October 2023 to October 2024

The overall aim of the third research stream is to explore older people’s digital public service (DPS) use in Italy, performing the analysis of European survey data and adopting a comparative approach.

Specifically, we intend to 1) describe older people’s DPS use and investigate changes over time, 2) explore cross-country differences in older people’s DPS use, focussing specifically on Italy, 3) identify older people’s demographic and socio-economic characteristics associated with DPS use, with a specific focus on gender and territorial (e.g.urban/rural) differences.
