From October 2024 to October 2025

This research stream aims at describing the digital support system of two Italian regions, by performing desk research and carrying out a qualitative study involving key informants. 

Specifically, the objectives of this research are to 1) describe the structure and the activities of the digital support system of two Italian regions, 2) investigate whether and to what extent the activities of the digital support system consider old age diversity (e.g. gender differences), 3) understand the consistency between the principles stated in the digital policy programmes and the structure and activities of the existing digital support system.
